Mike was very good about listening to my questions and answering them honestly. He wasn't furiously giving me selling points one-by-one while I was test driving or even after the test drive. I was free to go at my pace and he worked with the sales manager to get me a great price on the car as well as my trade-in. This no-nonsense approach put me at ease and made the experience more enjoyable than I thought it would be. I would definitely do business again at Fullerton Ford! More
