Pleasant Experience My wife and I went to Fullerton and met Jordan. He greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for. We were very clear and to the point of w My wife and I went to Fullerton and met Jordan. He greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for. We were very clear and to the point of what our needs were. We test drove an Edge and Explorer. He was very polite through the whole process and did his best to meet all of our needs. In the end, we got the Explorer we wanted at the price we wanted. He was not pushy or tried to get us to settle for anything. He always made sure we were happy with everything. The only gripe we had was with the amount of time spent at the dealership, my pregnant wife was tired an hungry. Maybe sending someone to get us a quick bite or us taking a ride while waiting for someone in fiance to become available would be went above and beyond. Overall, the experience was good. More

2016 Ford Sho So after meeting Mike while my son was test driving a Ford truck, we swapped a few emails and then I came into dealer to test drive the Fusion Sport a So after meeting Mike while my son was test driving a Ford truck, we swapped a few emails and then I came into dealer to test drive the Fusion Sport and the Taurus Sho. Both were great cars, sporty and comfortable. It was hard to decide which one to take. There was no pushy salesman trying to rush me. Mike worked very well with me and let me drive them again before settling on the Fusion, and started the paperwork, and then changed my mind to go with the Sho. LOL. Both Mike and Joe worked with me on my undecidedness. Well I ended up with the Sho and it is a great car. I couldnt have asked for a better experience at Fullerton. I will back. Thanks guys. More
