I can't believe i purchased a new F150 Previously, i purchased an F-150 about 3 years ago. I have always used Fullerton for doing all my service and have been very satisfied. This time i Previously, i purchased an F-150 about 3 years ago. I have always used Fullerton for doing all my service and have been very satisfied. This time i brought my F150 in for "The Works" package. While waiting, I was approached by Jordan Freindlich. He asked if I wanted to get a new truck. Jokingly, I said "if you can give me a deal I cannot walk away from." I have been very satisfied with my current F-150 and saw no reason to upgrade. Jordan walked with me on one of the hottest days in July all though the lot and personally showed me all the available F-150's that met my criteria. He opened each one and asked if i wanted to test drive it. I actually found one that really caught my attention. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. I then told him the price and financing had to meet my criteria. I ended up purchasing a 2019 F-150 with more accessories, a 3.5L EcoBoost, and a 10 speed transmission. I did get a deal i couldn't resist. Although i had to take some business calls during this time, Jordan and Joe(?)(Gentleman who approved the deal) were patient and worked with me to finalize everything. Craig B. made fast work of the financing and I was out quickly. I still can't believe i got this deal. I would highly recommend Jordan and the Fullerton team. So far two F-150s purchased from Fullerton. Just as an adder, I recommend their service also. More

Excellent Service Department I have used Fullerton Ford for three years now for service on my Ford Escape. I visited there for the 25,000 mile service on my Escape. Montana wrote up the work order and kept me informed of the progress on the work while I waited. My Escape was ready as promised by 9:15 am and I was ready to go on my way. Thanks Fullerton More
1.5 months for repair Brought my 17 Mustang GT in for the backup camera not working under warranty. Earliest appointment I could get was 2 weeks out. Fine. Dropped the car Brought my 17 Mustang GT in for the backup camera not working under warranty. Earliest appointment I could get was 2 weeks out. Fine. Dropped the car off for the appointment, get a call later that day saying that a part needed to be ordered and would take about another 2 weeks to come in. Those 2 weeks go by, to the day where the part is supposed to be in by. The end of the day nears, and still no call from the dealer, so I call to see if the part is in. Call service (don't remember who answered), they transfer me to parts so that I can track down the part myself. Parts department says it's in, and they transfer me back to service so I can make an appointment to have it installed. Another 2 weeks before it can be installed, and I'm told its a big job, taking at least a whole day, and maybe 2. If service is so busy, then why didn't an appointment get set up for the day or day after the part was supposed to come in to avoid having to wait 2 weeks for the third time? More
Worst dealer ever ! Worst dealership ever! I had an ongoing shifting issue with my f150. I left my service advisor Jessica several messages. She never calls back. Finally Worst dealership ever! He got my truck in and supposedly fixed it. I picked it up 2 days later and on the way home the truck just completely shut off in the middle of a major high way. I called joe and he immediately sent a tow truck to pick it up. Days went by and left several more messages to Jessica asking for an update on it and zero calls back. She finally called me at 5:00 4 days later and said there is nothing wrong with it but we did a re flash just to be safe. They pulled the truck around and I noticed it was idling real rough. I went to get Jessica and she saw it and said well obviously you have an idling issue. I wanted to leave it there as I didn’t feel safe driving it but she said the valets were gone and no one was there to check the truck in. So I took it home and the next day while driving home from work on 287 it shut off again. I had to have it towed a second time. I called Joe again and left several messages. He did call back once but I was driving and missed his call. Left him more messages and nothing. I finally took a day off to go up and see him and he said it was an intermittent electrical issue and if I wanted them to look at it for a third time I would have to pay since they didn’t cause it. I explained to him that I didn’t have the issue before they did the recalls. They don’t care about you or your vehicle. I should have known when the tow truck driver and dispatcher both told me they have been towing a lot of cars that Fullerton worked on and towing them to Flemington Ford instead as the customers no longer trust Fullerton’s work. So now I have a truck with 33k on it dead in front of my house after Fullerton did 2 recalls on it. If you want your vehicle fixed don’t take it to Fullerton. They just don’t care. Update Joe said I was looking for free work on my modified truck. I just wanted to drive it away like when I drove it in for the recalls. It will not Stay running after they re flashed my truck. They also didn’t have a problem charging me to do the brakes on my “modified” vehicle. Joke of a service Department. More

They promised a 10 years extended warranty, value of $ 2,400, just found out that the warranty actually expired, after 6.5 years. The service department... Uhhh, can't find the AC leak, but they still gonna charge you $250+. Stay away as far as you can from this dealer! More
