There was only one service advisor staffed and apparently it was his 4th day working there. I actually felt bad for the guy. It took almost 2 hours to get a regular oil change done as he was doing everything it was his 4th day working there. I actually felt bad for the guy. As far as the dealership goes as a whole, the sales side was packed with salespeople yet, not one welcomed us in the store when we were looking around. More
