We were offered a free oil change for when we needed our first one after the purchase, but although we were originally told we would be able to do this near our home in south Denver, when we tried to schedule it today we were told that we need to take our purchase paperwork back up to the dealership, get a voucher signed, and then go to a specific Grease xxxxxx near to the dealership. That change was unexpected & frustrating, so be sure to clarify any details in writing. More

There was no judgement because of our credit rating. Phil went out of his way to get us a deal and a deal he did. We left with a vehicle better then expected. Phil went above and beyond, worked on a plan to build our credit and genuinely cared about us as a couple. He was a car salesman but went far above us. He made us feel special and important. We went away the proud owners of a SUV and established what we hope is a long time relationship. I have a history of working in the auto industry and was really getting irritated with other dealers telling him that he'd have to have a huge down payment or he would be paying amounts on cars triple thier value. We came to to Andrew on a rumor that this was a great dealership that would work with people. Andrew certainly held true to what we were told. Not only did he find us a bank on the first shot he also got my husband in a car that he loves.
