We were in need of a larger family vehicle and our research led us to the Ford Expedition EL (extended length). I searched for the Expedition EL on Autotrader.com and found Front Range Auto sales right here in our backyard of Brighton, CO. We were immediately welcomed with a friendly smile, hand shake and introduction by Philip Fite. Phil made us feel comfortable and never pressured us like those large big name dealerships. We test drove the vehicle, inspected it, liked it and bought it. We had some things corrected after the purchase and they came through and we got top dollar for our trade-in. Two great things I loved about the buying experience was that there wasn't any haggling and they gave 3 payment plan options to give us a choice to see what would work best for our budget. I gave 4 stars cause the office was quite outdated and the vehicle could've been detailed, but Phil and his manager are 5 stars for their friendliness and amazing customer service. I highly recommend these guys! Ask for Phil. More

Customer service while buying was good Many things wrong with the car I discovered after 3 days (leather seats completely fell apart after driving for 3 days). 6 months later and no resolve Many things wrong with the car I discovered after 3 days (leather seats completely fell apart after driving for 3 days). 6 months later and no resolve. Finally talked to a manager and was basically told I drove it off the lot without seeing the problems and it's an old car. They will fix it if I pay "their cost". Very unsatisified and I would not recommend them to anyone needing a quaility vehicle. More
