Service writers are all great, no issues there however my last 2 service visits the actual work done has not been great. Took my wifes Compass in for an oil change and noticed it had leaked oil all over the last 2 service visits the actual work done has not been great. Took my wifes Compass in for an oil change and noticed it had leaked oil all over the garage and driveway. The oil filter was loose and had leaked more than a quart. On the last visit for my Ram I noticed my lug nut key was missing, when searching for it I noticed it was still on the passenger front lug nut. Had this come off going down the highway could have caused damage to not just my vehicle but others around me. Also noticed that 5W20 oil has been used even though 0W20 is the factory recommended oil for the Ram. Lastly the oil life monitor was not reset and no reminder sticker placed on my windshield. More

I am not happy from my last service. If I had guided properly I would have saved good amount of dollars. Staff is least bother for customers welfare.
