Frustrated that I had to wait 3 hours for oil change/tire rotation. Been customer there since 2016! I’m on my third grand Cherokee leased at this dealership even though I live right by Huffines. He made it right for me. But this is a simple service and I had an appointment! The service department has declined at this dealership over the years. In today’s world there’s too many choices for car service. Most of the oil change places get you in and out in less than 30 minutes. Only reason I’m returning to dealership is because I purchased the service agreement up front. Hoping management can fix this issue More

I came in for a brake inspection, they said "we'll call you soon". They had my car all day, no phone call; I called at the end of the day, no answer. The next morning I got an email with $7,800 service est you soon". They had my car all day, no phone call; I called at the end of the day, no answer. The next morning I got an email with $7,800 service estimate for 13 repairs. The rear brake pad repair ($550) is the only reason I took my car in for service. I called (they finally answered) and said "do nothing, I'll be there in 10 min to pick up my car and take it somewhere else." When I arrived they handed me a $279 bill for "diagnostic fees". Obviously I refused to pay, left immediately. Next day I was at Brakes Plus at 8am. Left at 10am with new rear brakes pads and resurfaced brake rotors. Total bill: $380. More
