We recently tried to use that with some scratches in the door panel and of course they would not cover it. You have to go through the dealership to make those request through the insurance provider. Seems like a scam to take on an additional 5K to the purchase price. I dad to call the dealership 3 times over a 2 week span to get any information on the claim. Communication could be better. More

Very professional staff - service managers and mechanics. 4 out of 5 stars only because my service took about an hour more than estimated/quoted. Keep up the good work. 4 out of 5 stars only because my service took about an hour more than estimated/quoted. Keep up the good work. More

Originally it was said to have been overtightened and they would replace it free (2022) my issue is that because it was 2022, but the vehicle had been in storage the whole time, now that was the reason so they were not liable. A simple job costing 6-700 dollars almost cost $1300 and 3 trips to the service center they serviced it last the liability should go to them. Especially since a vehicle not being driven does not need filters replaced due to mileage not due to time. More
