It took 3 visits to get the original service order done. A oil change and fuel and water separator filters done the issue was a cap on one of them, that had been serviced there b4 was stuck. Originally it was said to have been overtightened and they would replace it free (2022) my issue is that because it was 2022, but the vehicle had been in storage the whole time, now that was the reason so they were not liable. A simple job costing 6-700 dollars almost cost $1300 and 3 trips to the service center they serviced it last the liability should go to them. Especially since a vehicle not being driven does not need filters replaced due to mileage not due to time. More

This has unfortunately been the worst car buying experience that we have ever had. Let's start with the fact that doing business with them has caused harm to our financial health. How do you ask? Let me tell you; we traded in my husbands truck on January 19, 2025. As of today, February 10, 2025 the payoff for the truck has not been sent to our lienholder which has caused us to be 30 days "late" on the payment, which in turn caused a late payment to be reported on his credit report dropping his score by 72 points! This is unacceptable and will be appealed. I warned my husband about the potential of this when they messed up our paperwork 3 times. Yes 3 times. While the finance manager, Charles, was busy bragging about how awesome he is and what TV shows he's appeared on, he messed up our financing paperwork and asked my husband to come back the next day to correct it. After working a 13 hour day, my husband goes back to the dealership to only to be sitting around waiting for 45 minutes and ends up leaving when no one came to greet him or get the ball rolling. They called him back and asked him to come the next day after work, so again after a 13 hour day he goes back to the dealership a 3rd time to complete the paperwork. Literally the very next day, we find out that there was ANOTHER error (you can't make this stuff up) and he was asked to come back to the dealership, but this time we refused! So Charles came to our home to have my husband sign whatever documents that were missing/needed. This has been a nightmare. We won't ever do business with these people again and we cannot recommend them. Supporting a local business should not harm you which this transaction surely did. This needs to be corrected immediately. More
