Poor communication with customer regarding their car’s status when in for warranty repairs. And the service managers just stay in their cubbies until one finally decides to ask if I need help. I recently purchased a car with the help of Omer, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience with him personally. He took the time to work with us, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference, and I would highly recommend Omer to anyone looking for a reliable and caring salesperson. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the dealership’s management team. Looking at the $65,000 vehicle, I expected a bit more acknowledgment from the team handling the paperwork (until it was time to sign, of course, and I must say, Ravi was fantastic; he was knowledgeable and efficient), but they were non-existent and didn’t engage with us at all. The process took five hours of back and forth, with significant wasted time. It felt like Omer was the only one genuinely invested in our experience, and without his efforts, we would likely have walked away—and likely would have if they hadn't taken the key to our vehicle. Overall, Omer was outstanding, but the dealership’s management/financial team left much to be desired More
