The work to my car was done very well, my only complaint was that it took longer than initially anticipated which is not a problem but nobody reached out to tell me it would be the next day. Very bad experience. My truck stayed at the dealership for a week but no work was done. You can never get anyone on the phone or get any update. Had to drive to the deale My truck stayed at the dealership for a week but no work was done. You can never get anyone on the phone or get any update. Had to drive to the dealership twice to get some info. Until I decided to pick up my truck with no repairs done. Very disappointed on the experience. One manager promised to call in couple of weeks and make sure they take care of the situation. I will have to wait and see about that as well. Would definitely not buy from here ever again. More
