From the minute we scheduled an appointment, the entire staff was attentive and professional. We received a personalized video message from Jo welcoming us. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted at the door and directed to our salesperson Mike. He directed us to where all the goodies and restrooms were. The car we were interested in was already parked up front for us to test drive. We did our research before coming so we knew what the price. This was the only car that ticked all our boxes. It was such a smooth transaction. No haggling, no going back and forth. Once approved for financing, we met with Henry. He was quick and efficient, yet thorough. While handling all the paperwork, the car was getting detailed and delivered clean and shiny. All in, we were finished in less than 90 minutes. It was such a pleasant experience.
