Ok check in, Bad follow up even after I tried to pick the vehicle up and it was delayed, Not only one day but two days and I was told that the mechanic was just pulled off to do something else! Then when I vehicle up and it was delayed, Not only one day but two days and I was told that the mechanic was just pulled off to do something else! Then when I finally came to pick up the truck, I stood around for 15 minutes, waiting on my service guy, so I started reading through the paperwork that was laying on his desk with my keys and found that the technician wrote down something about the wheel being wobbly and a squealing coming from the engine ? Neither was told to me So when I found out, I asked them what they found. Why was it squealing and what tire was wobbling . The service rep called the mechanic and he Told them he never looked into it. So Knowing that there was more wrong, and my warranty is almost expired and Your dealership did not finish the job. I took it to another dealer and had them finish. I will not be bringing my vehicle to you anymore. Nor will I recommend the dealership. More

They never answer the phone and left message for the GM of dealership; He never called back. Service at dealership in general has dramatically gone down since 2020. I feel they just take advantage of tho of dealership; He never called back. Service at dealership in general has dramatically gone down since 2020. I feel they just take advantage of those who have to go there and then overcharge or keep your car for weeks to months. More
