I was told the previous time to call ahead so I could have my parts ordered in time so it would be a speedier process. I did that and made an early appointment. There’s no way it took 3 hours to do an oi have my parts ordered in time so it would be a speedier process. I did that and made an early appointment. There’s no way it took 3 hours to do an oil and and tire rotation. Especially if the parts were there already to properly do it. Also, I feel there was no urgency for my service. I should not have to constantly have to ask for updates on my vehicle, I think the delays could have been communicated more especially since the advisor knew I was going to wait there instead of use the shuttle.
