I think John Moen is awesome, he does a great job. My issue is with the dealership. I bought my vehicle there, got a blowout and invoked my service program on towing. What they dont tell you is towing is only covered for up to 5 miles from the dealership, everything else is on you. So that was not told to me upon contract signing. Follow up, my tire was replaced, i wasnt charged but it appears that they either never returned and or lost my Wheel lock when the tire was replaced because this past weekend I came in for a rotation and I dont have a wheel lock. So either you never gave it to me upon purchase or you lost it when my car got dropped off by the tow truck driver. Again, all the service guys always treat me great, my issue is behind the scenes with management and finance. What they sell you and what you get are two different things.. Makes me tell people avoid buying from this dealership. More

I think the service department runs very well. The technicians are courteous as well as very knowledgeable. My truck is eight years old and I have taken it to Frisco Dodge for all service needs. It took a little longer than expected but the got the repairs done this was extended warranty work that another dealership wouldn’t do. The salesman and finance department were very professional and courteous to me. Although I wanted to pay cash, there seemed to be a problem receiving and printing the document I needed to sign fr professional and courteous to me. Although I wanted to pay cash, there seemed to be a problem receiving and printing the document I needed to sign from my bank. It all worked out fine. They met my bank finance rate and I was on my way. I spoke with a manager who would try to expedite the loan processing so my banker could wire the cash to the lender and would close out the deal for me.
