Bought a new battery for my Jeep and a oil change, was quoted a little over $400 after it was done I ended up paying $606 with no explanation because my service advisor Chris M. Wasn't there. Paid to fix leak on both front doors and replace carpet. I had to take it back 5 times. The never replaced carpet and I paid for an oil and air filter change that they did not do. But service has been lousy since. Phone calls don’t go through, no one returns calls or emails, and even with service appointments you have to wait your turn even if it takes a few days beyond your appointment! But the icing on the cake was when the Tourneau cover THEY recommended (and which is NOT compatible with a fifth wheel) damaged our fifth wheel, which they knew was the only reason we were even buying the truck, and they offered zero compensation not only for the damage done nor for changing out the cover! We spent an extra $1400 or so for the Tourneau cover plus installation as it was, and the replacement cover for one that would be more compatible with a fifth wheel would have been another $2500, but no, they couldn’t help with that at all! Plus we still have to repair the damage to our rig! There must have been 7 or more male managers and salesmen sitting around the front desk as I told them that was unacceptable and not one could look me in the eye as they are insisting they couldn’t help! The worst customer service EVER! Go to ANY OTHER Chrysler Dodge Ram dealer, but avoid this one! The only good thing I can say is that the 2 men working in the parts dept. were very nice and helpful in trying to find us an alternative cover, even though we won’t be getting it here! More
I brought my 2021 Challenger Scat Pack in for regular maintenance. I worked with Susana Mosqueda in service. Overall, I was very happy with the dealership. I would give it 0 stars if I could. When I bought my car from them a few months ago, I was told they did not have an extra key for my car to give to me when I drove my car off the lot, When I bought my car from them a few months ago, I was told they did not have an extra key for my car to give to me when I drove my car off the lot, but they would get one made for me. After not hearing anything from them for a few weeks, I reached out to the sales representative that sold me my car to ask him about the extra key. I eventually heard back from him, he texted me saying "I decided to resign, so I am no longer up there." I then decided to call the dealership and talk to the used car sales manager about my situation and he said, "do you have a paper saying we owe you an extra car key?" I told him, no I was just told I would receive one through the transaction of my car. He said they wouldn't be able to give me one, unless I paid $500 for them to make one. I asked if we could speak with the sales representative that sold me my car to get a verbal confirmation that I was owed an extra car key. He said "no, that's part of why that sales representative is not employed here anymore." In my conversation over the phone with this used car sales manager he also asked me, "Have you thought about reaching out to the sales representative that sold you your car and asking him why he lied to you?" I would think this dealership would've honored the promise I was made by one of their employees, but they did not. Even if the employee had resigned/been fired (whatever happened) since selling me my car. I felt disrespected over the phone and the lack of customer service was incredibly shocking. I will not be recommending any of my family or friends to purchase or sell a vehicle to this dealership in the future. I am not someone that ever writes a bad review or feels strongly about customer service, but this experience truly made me so frustrated, so I decided to get on this website and write a review. I bought a new jeep paid cash and never got a Title off ownership. I have contacted Frisco many times and I still do not have my title. I have owned my Jeep for 4 years now and need to sell it. I paid title fees 4 years ago and they just can't seem to get me a title. I am now looking in to hiring an attorney to take legal actions to get my title from them. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Great friendly staff, but awful experience with dealership itself. My Vehicle was delivered to me and looked good from afar, damaged to the passager door on the left, the cover for the back of bump dealership itself. The inside was not cleaned well at all, the floor was vacuumed at, the seats have dried up spots, but the back seat has what looked like dried up blood and the roof of the vehicle had dried blood stains, the rubber lining of the passager door behind the driver, half of it is gone, so when driving there is a whistling sound, the navigation system doesn't work because the SD card has been removed, the UBS ports don't work. one is exactly looking as if it had been ripped out, so I cannot connect to the car with my cell, and oh yes let us not forget the false advertising sunroof/ moon roof, neither is present which is one of the reasons I picked this one other than the color, this was to my dream car, NOT! I am so disgusted I feel as if I have been duked and was lowballed on my trade-in. I do not blame Henry, my salesman but take notes, I tell you, take notes. More

I can only guess because he cannot defend the hidden fees and dealer add ons that give car dealers a bad name. All I can say, is buyer beware going here. The web price ISN'T the price you will pay. Nor will you get anywhere close to the trade value their website gives you. We ended up going with Meador Jeep. Total pros and everything was very transparent. Its a drive, but it was worth it dealing with honest people. More
