Their staff runs scams. I set an appointment to address a water leak on the back of my truck cab. They charged $199 diagnostic test that was supposed to identify the leak location. Charged me to replace a br water leak on the back of my truck cab. They charged $199 diagnostic test that was supposed to identify the leak location. Charged me to replace a brake light (because that was where “they said” the location of the leak was coming from). $301 total charges and 4 HOURS of waiting in the lobby. Went home to test that the leak was gone...it was not so had to go right back up there. Almost 2 more hours I was up there for the second time. They literally tried to challenge first before confessing...they said they tested it and cannot find this leak still so I literally had to go to the back show them. Even in that very moment they questioned me till I grabbed his hand and shove it under the seat so he could feel the running water down the back wall into then cab of my truck. Really? When I asked what the heck they even did the first place as it was obviously they’d been caught in their lies. Their answer was, “I am sorry. We did not run the test and we did not even check to see where the water was leaking from. We just assumed it was the third brake light” More
