I arrived at 7:00 a.m to get an oil change and they told me that they may not have a filter for my Fiat. I had to be back home before 9:00 am to work from home. They offered to give me a shuttle ride home me that they may not have a filter for my Fiat. I had to be back home before 9:00 am to work from home. They offered to give me a shuttle ride home and pick me up later on my lunch hour. I was so grateful for this. They exceeded my expectations and provided a five star service in my opinion. Thank you! Charles Bradley was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like being automatically charged for the scotch guard ($1K) or being automatically charged for $500 window tint. Both should be optional!
