Agreed on price for hard to find vehicle. Same price as the “Frisco easy price” on website. When contract came out to sign, they had added a $5000 market adjustment and almost $2000 in other junk to the pr the “Frisco easy price” on website. When contract came out to sign, they had added a $5000 market adjustment and almost $2000 in other junk to the price. They didn’t even mention it, just asked me to sign without explaining the change. This dealership did not honor their website price or their word. Buyer beware. More

Absolutely the worst buying experience EVER! Purchased a truck on a Friday. 3 days later it broke down and stranded my son 8 hours from home. Finally got it home and to FCDJ to be serviced. Literally brok truck on a Friday. 3 days later it broke down and stranded my son 8 hours from home. Finally got it home and to FCDJ to be serviced. Literally broke down again the next day. Not to mention the fact that my trade-in still hasn't been paid off and it has been a month... No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. NEVER AGAIN! More
