Avoid at at all cost. Unfortunately in this market where supply is short, people will take advantage of you. That’s the experience I had with Jack Parks. The sales manager Wess had ran a hard inquiry on my credit despite the fact I asked the sales rep Ken to only run it through Wells Fargo which, Ken said it is possible and I heard him specifically aske credit despite the fact I asked the sales rep Ken to only run it through Wells Fargo which, Ken said it is possible and I heard him specifically asked him to do so. When I received multiple alerts and inform Ken he approached Qess to only hear that he did ran hard inquiry and to make it worst, West asked another employee who complete the financing process, Aaron to take the responsibility on that and Aaron who was on lunch break when that happened, refused!!! Horrible customer service by a sales manager. No reason to do that at all. I was approved on the spot by Wells Fargo but now has hard inquiry on my credit!!!!!! He never talked or apologize to me. He should not be in this position!!!! Never going back there. More
