Horrible, tech lied & didn't put back cap on brake fluid, told needed brakes, didn't, didn't need brake fluid. Except now I did since didn't replace cap. 10 years servicing vehicles is no more, wont be back told needed brakes, didn't, didn't need brake fluid. Just spent 4 hours there waiting for an oil change. I showed up at 7am when they opened and they were done after 11am. I took my jeep wrangler in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a few minor things. I purchased my jeep from this dealership and solely use them for maintenance and repairs. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It wasn’t a much of a wait. They provided my Jeep with the upmost excellent service. Dealership was nice clean and unprepared for our arrival and appointment as the Internet manager said they would be. Upon arrival, our sales agent was prebooked and could not help us at our appointment time and appointment as the Internet manager said they would be.
