I went to Everett Nissan in Boone with a Nissan Frontier on my mind. Figuring I would be pounced on as I entered the showroom, I had my guard up. I was approached by a gentleman who calmly asked how he may help me. I told him what my interest was and I was introduced to a salesman named Shawn Parks. Shawn took me out to view a truckafter listening to my vehicle requirements. With Shawn, I looked in it, around it, under it and in it again while asking Shawn questions. I explained my wants and needs in truck and money and Shawn took notes. We walked back in to his desk, chatted briefly, I gave him my contact info and I left. Very quickly I received via email, the truck offer with my trade in valued and the new truck deal. I had no further need to spend any of my time shopping other brands. The Everett deal was exactly what I walked in hoping for. More

It’s amazing that other dealerships can’t (or won’t) follow through with simple requests. He was patient and worked with me to get the vehicle priced to make the 2-hour trip to Boone worth it. Once at the dealership, they honored the agreed upon price (other dealerships seem to have some surprises when you walk in the door).
