Great car buying experiance! I'm a 43 years old experienced car buying and until I contacted Everett Nissan, it's been a stressful and unpleasant task of buying vehicles. I never stepped foot into the showroom but did hours of research before I decided what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I also had a vehicle trade-in that I knew what it was worth. In the past, I have spent hours and hours at car dealerships negotiating new vehicle pricing and trade-in values. This was not the case with Everett Nissan, I called and spoke with a managers assistant and inquired about purchasing a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from my home. With in a few minutes, I was speaking with Curt Hunter whom was very pleasant and professional Within a few hours, the loan was processed and approved. The next morning the Nissan Pathfinder was delivered to my home and I could not have been happier about the process. The trade-in was picked up and paper work signed and completed, hassle-free. Overall the transaction from start to finish was superb, first class! It should also be noted that I did contact Everett Nissan via email prior to phone contact. I spoke with an assistant about the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder via email about specifics of the vehicle. One thing I inquired about was whether it had a trailer hitch. I was told that it did have a trailer hitch. During my conversation with Curt, Curt brought up the fact that he reviewed my emails and that he discovered that I was told that the Pathfinder had the trailer hitch out of error. Curt stated that he would speak with the manager about this. Curt called me back and said that they were ordering the trailer hitch and would install it for free. More
