All was great until I had to pick up the car. None of the paperwork was ready and the insurance company was never called. What should have been a 30 minute appointment took two hours. Ridiculous. When I got home I found out the keys to lock the doors don't work. I was told I have to go back to the dealership which is an hour's travel each way. This is very frustrating and negated the positive buying experience I had. One positive note, Dana in Internet Sales was a true pleasure to work with - she's excellent. Thanks. Chad More

We had become so skeptical and hardened, we could barely believe them when Bruce and the folks at Friendly made it so easy to get straight answers without any BS. Thanks to everyone at Friendly Honda! Brian and Colin were very friendly and promptly answered questions and received me when I visited. Brian was good about showing me the features on the car and took the time to pick me up at the rental car office since I had to drop it off there. Colin and Brian worked hard to find me insurance since my situation was a little difficult (moving to the US from Germany). Unfortunately, there was an error on how to register the car which created some issues with the contract etc. Brian and Colin quickly rectified this to my full satisfaction. I am pleased with the way I was treated during this issue and am finally very happy with the price of the vehicle. If there is a problem, they really try to help to fix it. The car is great and of very high quality! Thanks again! More

This was my first car purchase.I went into the dealership looking for prices. Danielle went through different options with me. Once I signed the paperwork, the car was ready for pickup very quickly. When I went to pick up the car, I scratched a scratchoff and won $500!!!!! The experience with Friendly Honda was pleasant and Danielle was excellent. My wife and I are not brand loyal when it comes to getting a vehicle that fits our current needs and financial state. We car purchase was exemplary. We looked at all of the models that are in the class of the Pilot and some that were not. We wanted at least 7-8 passenger 4WD/AWD. Personally, when we started our search my wife wanted a GMC Yukon and I wanted the Volvo CX90. For a variety of reasons they didn’t pan out. We were close to settling on a GMC Acadia, however we felt uneasy about the dealership and the overall fit and finish of a vehicle that was 40-45 thousand dollars. We continued our search and the Pilot and Toyota 4 runner were the remaining contenders. Needless to say the Pilot won hands down and we never looked at the 4 runner. I have been a customer of Friendly Honda since 2007 and I could not imagine going to another dealership and receiving the same service anywhere else. When we recently came in to inquire about the Trade-In of could not imagine going to another dealership and receiving the same service anywhere else. When we recently came in to inquire about the Trade-In of my 2007 Honda Accord to a bigger vehicle, from the start Brian Grunow, the sales consultant was very courteous and helpful. I was interested in the Honda CR-V (which I purcahsed)and Brian was able to discuss in detail specifications and features on the CR-V without hestitation. My biggest concern with tarding in my original vehicle was that the trade in value would not cover what I owed. Brian took my former vehicle to the service department that day to receive a quote and was back in less than 15 mins with a trade in value that I was pleased with. Throughout the entire process Brian went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the transaction, whether it was answering my questions that I had during the week before I picked the car up, calling me to make sure I had everything that I needed for the day of the trade-in and if I had any further questions. The day I went to pick up my car Brian was outside the dealership inspecting the car to ensure that it was in perfect shape for when I drove it home. The finance manager Mike (I apologize as I forgot his last name) was also a pleasure to work with. He was always there to answer my questions and made the finalization fo the paper work so easy the day I went to pick up my car. More
