A few years ago I was looking for a dodge journey, I was connected with a great Sales Rep named John and he was amazing. Needless to say that when my son car was giving him issue I didn't hesitate and cal connected with a great Sales Rep named John and he was amazing. Needless to say that when my son car was giving him issue I didn't hesitate and called Friendly ford in Penn Yan once again. I was connected with a very nice polite friendly Sales Rep name Cassandra Armisson. Cassandra immediately contacted me over the phone. I explained what we were looking for and my price range. Needless to say less than a week my son was able to leave friendly ford with a 2019 Ford Fusion. I will definitely recommend Cassandra to my friends. I also want to thank the female finance lady, she was very friendly and informative. Great service !!!! More
