The story I have is quite long so I will abbreviate it. The sales team may be ok, I don't know. although I had one call me when my truck was in for service and try to get me to trade it in. I told him I wasn't sure, to which he replied I'll leave a proposal in the truck. I said OK. He never did! This review is about their very unimpressive and unprofessional service dept. I don't know who thought that putting these people in these positions was a good idea but whoever put that person in charge needs to rethink it! I know this is harsh but, I have had the absolute worst experience at the hands of these people! I think anyone who knew the entire story would have to agree. I have told it to people at work and they couldn't believe it. All I wanted was my truck fixed while it was under warranty and to date I have a truck with a problem that these so called experts after a few visits can't seem to figure out and basically dismissed it and me, trying to convince me that it wasn't that bad and I should just be happy with the outcome. That was a mistake on their so-called mgrs. part thinking I would lay down and just forget it. I will be taking my complaint to the owners of this franchise and eventually to Chrysler or Ram or whoever, and I will continue to push the issue until I get some sort of satisfaction or until I have just had enough and trade it in on something else. The downside of that is I can't think of another truck that will do what I need that isn't a diesel. I will continue to tell my side of this debacle to anyone that will listen, which doesn't bring me any joy because I love my Ram truck minus the issue and the xx! I visited there several times when it was the former dealership and never had a problem. I will now spend the next few days of my vacation trying to find a reliable dealership that hopefully will put this issue to rest once and for all and be someplace I can trust in the future as I highly doubt I will be able to go back to this dealership even though I chose it and its approx. eight minutes from my home and the most convenient. They are putting up a new state of the art dealership and my only hope would be that they would staff it with professionals but, I have my doubts because they don't have that now and apparently are completely oblivious to the fact! Steve Riffle was (again) great to do business with. Earlier this year, I told him I may be considering trading my excellent 2017 Ram 2500 for a new Ram 3500. He stayed on top of this and (at the end of Earlier this year, I told him I may be considering trading my excellent 2017 Ram 2500 for a new Ram 3500. He stayed on top of this and (at the end of May) found a couple that may be what I wanted. One was at their Penn Yan dealership, so he personally brought it to Geneva while my 2017 was in for service. My wife and I test drove it and closed the deal by the end of that business day. He worked out all the logistics (dealer installed extras, rustproofing, ceramic coating, etc.) and we took delivery several days later. So far, we are very happy with the new truck, and with Steve's diligence... such that my wife traded her 2018 Grand Cherokee for a new (2023) one. Steve also handled everything with that in his usual and efficient manner. More

I purchased a Motorcycle from them and it was a great experience. Even though they are a car and truck dealership Mike D'Amico made it a smooth and easy transaction. Jeff Mckee is there to take care of all my vehicle purchases. He finds me the color I want and the style I want . Awesome to work with. I can be a pain to work with. However he over looks that and makes sure I'm well taken care of . There was an issue on this new Jeep but he looked into it sat in with a meeting they had about a fix and ordered the parts and got it taken care of. More
