They got me a loaner vehicle due to an extreme circumstance, got my vehicle repaired rapidly and kept me informed every step of the way. I was a mechanic for many years before I became a doctor, and am very picky about the work done on my cars. They did great. Highly recommend. More

Three failures to fix leak, rude general manager I sent my vehicle in to have a leak fixed on the timing chain cover, it came back leaking worse. I have mechanical experience and talked to my mechanic brother as well, it was leaking from the same spot, they would not fix their mistake. I have to go through them for my extended warranty or I would have gone else where, it cost an additional $1000 + to fix it it came back leaking again. Again it was in the same area that they just serviced, they would not fix it I tried going up the ladder to get it fixed, the general manager was very rude and said he would not help. I will not be going back they are crooks at that dealership. More

Being we are from California, and in the middle of a vacation, it was nice to have someone go the extra mile to get us through the experience of being broken down several hundred miles away from home. She kept us appraised regarding the various issues, progress as it happened to our truck and returned my many phone calls. Based on my experience, Kristine is one of those employees that make a difference. I would recommend Fremont Motors of Casper for any issues. More
