Buying a new truck I went into Fremont not expecting much but my father had bought his last 4 vehicles there and I promised him that I would drive a Dodge. Being a Chevy I went into Fremont not expecting much but my father had bought his last 4 vehicles there and I promised him that I would drive a Dodge. Being a Chevy/GMC man all my life I didn't plan on buying a Dodge. They were very friendly and I drove a Ford F150 first and liked it. Then I drove a 2019 Dodge 1500 Laramie. I was hooked. It only took a couple hours and paperwork was signed. I was very impressed with all the sales people and financial professional. Even the parts department was friendly and efficient. I won't go anywhere else as long as the customer service stays like it is at Fremont in Cody Wyoming. More

We had an unexpected occurrence with our vehicle on a Friday afternoon which required some time-consuming work. The work was completed an HOUR before they closed even though I called after the lunch hour to ask for help. We live in a neighboring town and consider this dealership our "hometown" dealership. Gina is AWESOME! I found the truck I wanted online in a nationwide search from Ohio. I called the dealership and she made the whole process very easy! Extended travels While traveling through Cody I needed to get some routine service done on my Expedition. Easy scheduling, courteous staff and quick turn around. Better than I could have hoped! We are pulling a 29' Travel Trailer around the country with our 2004 Expedition. On a trip into town, while camped at Buffalo Bill State Park outside We are pulling a 29' Travel Trailer around the country with our 2004 Expedition. On a trip into town, while camped at Buffalo Bill State Park outside of Cody, the engine suddenly developed a significant misfire condition. I stopped at an auto parts store to get the codes read and the result was "Multiple Random Misfire". Not encouraging. After checking with the Fremont Motors Service Department, I was told that, since we were traveling, if I could bring it in at 7:30 the next morning, they would try to work it in. I did so and was given the keys to a loaner, so I could return to the campground and await their findings. By noon, I was back at the campground again with my own, repaired vehicle. They determined that cyl 3 had a bad coilpac and cyl 1 had a bad spark plug. The service was great, the rates fair and we are free to go merrily on our way. Thanks Brock and Jason! Well done! If you're in the Cody area and have trouble with your Ford, Dodge or Jeep, take it to these folks! They're wonderful! More
