This place is unethical. Today we were quoted a price on a 2025 Prius from their sales department that they would transfer from their sister dealership within 1-2 days. A price was agreed upon and they told us we just need to come in an pay a deposit. We agreed and drove over an hour to get their per out agreement. When we got there, something didn’t seem right. They handed us off to a different sales person who had all our info already. They started some sales pitch on prices that were WAY above MSRP and we told them we already were told a price that wee will pay. They then raised the price they told us by $5,000 and told us that is the price and it’s a great deal. Upon immediately asking to speak with their manager, the manager said their sales people are not authorized to give pricing and basically take or lave the deal. The price they were quoting for the model was $5,000 above MSRP!! What a SCAM. We left. Never do any business with them. They use a tactic of giving you a fir price to get you in, they once you get there they start some “research pitch” on pricing for the vehicle which was not valid because we were already at other dealerships and thy tell us it is mandatory for you to listen to their pitch. This is to try to convince you that $5,000 more then what they agreed to sell the car to you is valid. I am actually going to se what I can pursue against this dealership for unethical sales practices and verbal agreements. More
