Worst post purchase customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a RAV4 and had to get service to make my new key as the sales rep never responded and his colleagues covered for him as to w encountered. Never got return calls from the sales manager where inleft messages at least 3 times. After 3 weeks I connected with the service dept who had the key made after a week. The story I was given upon purchase was that they were to mail me the second key which was an impossible statement (unknown at that time) as they need the car to program it. Buy somewhere else. Service dept is amazing. More

Typical misinformed salesman. Claims tires were within, “Spec” which they weren’t if you measured from the proper wear indicators. Yes, I know what I’m talking about and yes I had it documented by a separate, well established repair facility. Front brakes were done by them and the caliper pins were found loose and wear sensor retaining bolt back out on the first actual drive with the vehicle purchased which left us stranded for some time. I can go on and on but maybe BBB can do a better job of it. They also let me roll out of there without temp registration plates, just dealerships name plates. Rated one of the worse Toyota dealerships in the area for a reason. 🤷🏾‍♂️ More

The service center is exceptional, very respectful and quick. Completely different from the sales department, night and day difference!
