Jonathan said we the car had the mats and then once the car was purchased as we were getting ready to leave. Turns out the car did not come with mats. His response was “you’re buying a used car”. He said you are buying a used car yet other dealers will give you two keys. I know because my family has bought used cars and they always get a second key. Toyota Gilroy sucks! They lie to their customers to get sales. They lie about everything including the finance department. Don’t trust them! They are horrible people. Go elsewhere. Maybe Seaside or Santa Cruz. Even Salinas but don’t go to Gilroy Toyota! They do this to every one! They hide things in the contract and don’t talk to you about additional charges they add to your contract. Even after you say no to something finance still adds the extra charges and Amber is a rude person. She has horrible customer service as everyone else does. Don’t trust them! They are bad people!!!!
