You're closing manager rushed us and did not give a proper breakdown of the invoice. He lied and said he emailed us the invoice before we went into finance but no email was ever sent. We were under the proper breakdown of the invoice. He lied and said he emailed us the invoice before we went into finance but no email was ever sent. We were under the impression that the verbal agreement was what we were signing for in finance. But when we got home and reread the contract we were sorely mistaken. When calling back the dealership we were told we would get a call back in 2 days. That was a nother lie. We never receiveda follow up phone call.. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. It is safe to say they have lost a customer forever. More
