I was kept waiting even after the service was done. . this was not nice. My service contract says that there's an oil change at 5K miles. This is primarily why I brought in the car. Freeway Toyota always tries to "steal" from their customers. You advertise on your website that if an oil change and tire rotation are not completed in an hour it is free. I visited your service depa customers. You advertise on your website that if an oil change and tire rotation are not completed in an hour it is free. I visited your service department with a coupon code which had the 3 coupons and your oil change in an hour or free statement. Your service advisor, Sol said they could not complete the oil change and tire rotation in an hour, so I asked him to remove the tire rotation and just complete the oil change. From my coupon card he cut out the part where it says "oil change in an hour or free" statement, said this was a coupon and did not apply the $50 dollars off. Your staff members are trying to deceive your customers and play games. Please make sure you pay attention with what you ask, the service advisors try to play tricks. My previous visit, I scheduled an appointment and was asked if I was going to wait for the car or go home. It was my mistake to say I would wait at home, because 4 hours passed and they had not completed my oil change until I went back and checked in with the service advisor. At this point what is the purpose of an appointment. I have had horrible experiences over and over with Freeway Toyota. As a local I always gave you the benefit of the doubt and went to you first. I will not be returning to Freeway Toyota. More
