I was just looking and was not ready to buy because it was the day before we left for a week long vacation. I couldn't say no because I received such a great price and made arrangements with our salesman was the day before we left for a week long vacation. I was a first time buyer when I bought my first car from this dealership and they totally screwed me over with no remorse. They sold me me a civic with no armrest and no power mirrors, no power locks, an alarm system that only locks the front doors and not the back? i found that out 2 weeks later and i called and they wanna charge me an extra 150$ to install the back door locks? xxx?! they know how to really fool people and mislead them into making a bad decision. They sold me a civic dx-vp for 18,000 with an 11.35% interest rate?! which will come out to 30,000 in 60 months? and they present it to me like oh my credit sucks and my credit score is unavailable, this and that, I was very naive at the time and they took complete advantage. Everyone knows car salesmen are the xxxx of all professions but they are really taking it to new extremes. I am trying to find a way out of this situation they have put me in but they aren't letting me. I feel like I should get a lawyer and find out what my options are because they aren't giving me any. I would rather much lease the car now know all that I know because they didn't tell me anything at the time but they say they don't lease cars to first time buyers? xxxxxxxx. how are they going to approve me on a 500$ a month car payment and not on a $200+ a month lease payment. They are really good at keeping their customers in the dark and lying when they feel like they have to. I am so angry with how they presented everything to me and how they have ignored my calls, if theres anyone out there that can help me or just give me some advice on what I can do It would be very much appreciated. I am so depressed after dealing with these people because I could have had a way better car at a way cheaper price if I went somewhere else. Do not go to these people to buy a car, lease a car, get your car fixed etc. just stay away from this dealership. More
after reading some reviews I was not sure i wanted to take my business to Freeway Honda.They were close to where i lived so I tried them on, knowing I could walk out at any time. I came in this weekend to look at cars to see what I might like, Hector actuallyseemed like he cared about what my wants and needs were, he showed me Accord EX and I fell in love with the car. This is my fifth car I have purchasedand by far the best experience, I will return to freeway Honda next time I buy another car. More
I bought a 2009 HONDA CR-V just a few weeks ago. I have had to take it back about 3 times for items they promised and now want me to pay ( mats, cover for back...) I Called Tue. ...it has come in...I told them I would be in on Sat. at 7:00......The workers did not get there until 9:30 or 10:00. There were so many things wrong with my car and now they will not fix.I just bought it 2 weeks ago. About 15 people were sitting in the service lounge and everyone had had a bad experience with HONDA SERVICE. Saib Gonzales is great in Service.He aims to please; however, his hands are tied because of the ruthless, deceitful salesmen and management. Also, the odometer had 3 different readings and when I took it to CARMAX to check it THey said the Odometer readings are screwed up. I can someone sleep at night when they know they have just ripped off a teacher...??? An Unbelievable nightmare...I GOT A LEMON from FREEWAY HONDA...... A LEMON....A LEMON....A LEMON.. More
I don't even know where to start. I bought my car I don't even know where to start. I bought my car from this dealer and had a GREAT experience. Ty Trieu gave me a great price and didn't try and u I don't even know where to start. I bought my car from this dealer and had a GREAT experience. Ty Trieu gave me a great price and didn't try and upsell me or feed me any BS. I have had several issues in the past with bringing my car in only to find they didn't have the parts. For some reason they decide not to tell me until 4-5 hours pass. So basically I waste a day for absolutely no reason at all. When I had work done and was told they didn't have loaners, then after the issues with not having the parts they pulled one out of the back! So they lied about not having loaners. Strange. Of the 5 service employees I have dealt with, 3 of the 5 have been extremely condescending and rude. They look and talk to me as though I am an idiot and deny every claim causing me to repeatedly push for something to be done. Recently, I went in to get some parts replaced that had been damaged by a car wash. When I picked up the car I realized it wasn't installed correctly. There were broken parts that were used. I went back in to get it fixed and left my car and guess what? they ordered the wrong parts. I am told me to come back the next day. So i go back the next day and only one side is fixed even though i had asked them to check both. Soooooooo now I have to return for the third day in a row and they can't even guarantee the parts will be in!!!! I have wasted countless hours for no reason at this dealership. I am so frustrated to the point that I do not want my car any longer. I am considering selling and buying a toyota or lexus. I have to say that Mike is a die hard salesman that pushes way to hard to get their expensive and overpriced service done. He speaks to you like a robot, doesn't listen well at all and I saw him openly mocking a customer behind her back. Vance doesn't show much emotion. I wouldn't say he's mean, but he's definitely not nice. He gets the job done, but I feel like I have to go out of my way to make him feel comfortable. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Out of all my complaints and horrible service experiences, I have to mention that Mack and Alysha are the only two employees that treated me with respect, seemed genuinely concerned with my issues, and were friendly/easy to talk to. OK, so clearly some of the posts below are by employees of this dealership. You can see that blatantly because they copied each others posts word for word in parts. Anyway, I got my Civic last night and although they played some games (most dealerships do), everything went well. I got a great car at a great price. I'm starting to realize that maybe I could have gotten it cheaper, but these guys were really great to deal with. Various dealers asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything when I wasn't even working with them. I would definitely recommend George. He's a really friendly guy and we did most of our negotiation over the phone so there was less pressure than face to face. More
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT bring your business to Santa Ana Honda. None of the staffs there was friendly, they looked like their families all died. It took about 1 hour wait for shuttle, and the shuttle driver was text messaging while driving. After about a day and half, no phone call to update on service progress even though it was just minor problem. After leaving couple of messages, the service writer finally called back and stated the vehicle will not be finished till another 3-4 days. AND CLAIMED THAT HONDA HAS NO LOANER CARS?!?!?!?!? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?!??!? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! More
