used car manager issues I tried calling this used car manager like 10 times and I've never got a call back. Plus the guys out going message is also un professional. I spent 25k on a truck and I can't even get the guy to return a simple phone call to answer concerns I have about my vehicles safety inspection. Everyday my call goes Un resolved I become more and more suspicious about this dealers buisness ethics. More

Dustin Gonzales lies I was told by Dustin that this truck had no leaks and is in great condition well come to find out shortly after buying this truck it needs $2,240 wort I was told by Dustin that this truck had no leaks and is in great condition well come to find out shortly after buying this truck it needs $2,240 worth of work. It has a leak from the main seal, oil pan and has a light misfire which will need spark plugs and wires. Freeway Ford had done nothing to this truck other than wipe it down with a rag, it needs a total of $2,240 worth of work. I paid top dollar at this dealership because private party was 3,000 less but I ignorantly trusted a dealership thinking I was getting a worry free vehicle. This is not ok for dealerships to treat people this way I would ask you to avoid doing business with this dealership and with Dustin Gonzales. I tend to wonder if they write there own reviews considering how many stars they get. So I will end this review with buyer beware even of dealerships, or especially dealerships because your a lot less likely to take it to a mechanic. If you're buying used stick to private party or a creditable dealership. Please save yourself sleepless nights of wondering how your going to pay for all the repairs that this dealership will leave you pondering. More
