The Service Rep. was informed of my schedule to have my vehicle completed before I had to pickup my son from school and they accommodated my request with time to spare from start at 11:40am and completed by 2pm. Was able to get the recall for my car done after I was told that I couldn't because it was after 2:00 and they were so busy.
