Even though the issue with the connection between my radio and my iPhone on my 2017 Honda Accord wasn’t resolved, they did a factory reset on the radio, thinking it might resolve the issue. I did get a message saying they will discuss it with the team to explore additional solutions . I am hopeful that they can resolve the issue.
