Had a transmission problem with my 2017 Honda Accord & paid the $200s to assess the problem & get a quote to fix. Freeman Honda (east Dallas) Quoted $11,000 for remanufactured or $6000 for a used transmi paid the $200s to assess the problem & get a quote to fix. Freeman Honda (east Dallas) Quoted $11,000 for remanufactured or $6000 for a used transmission that they said needed replacing. Got it home & the service dept left the transmission dip stick on the engine, so lucky it did not fall off on the highway. Went to another transmission repair shop & they replaced the sensor control module for $1550 which fixed the problem. What an unprofessional scam the dealership service dept is. Do not take you car here!!! More
