VETERANS should shop elsewhere! Junior in the service dept got a major attitude with me when he saw the "DV" in my license plate. This kid is half my age (he wasn't even a twinkle Junior in the service dept got a major attitude with me when he saw the "DV" in my license plate. This kid is half my age (he wasn't even a twinkle in his daddy's eye when I graduated Basic Training July of 1990.) He acted like some kind of an authority figure in talking to me. He told me the intercooler was missing a gasket (the Civic had less than 7K miles on it.) I told him it was covered under a USAA claim, or warranty.. He only wanted to hear me give him my credit card number, because he personally disagrees with the notion of being a Disabled Veteran. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to Vets! More
