I went in on Thursday Feb 9 because there was a nail in my new tire. Since it was still under warranty, they replaced it because it was irreparable. Then Friday evening I noticed the tire was flat after my new tire. Since it was still under warranty, they replaced it because it was irreparable. Then Friday evening I noticed the tire was flat after driving a short distance. I had air put in the tire and the next morning (Sat) I took it to Honda again. The reason the tire got flat was because they didn’t install it correctly. Jaylin and Elsie or whatever her name was did not even give me an apology for the inconvenience that it caused me. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and tacky. No customer should have to go twice because the work was not done correctly. They should do things right the first time. No excuses! More
