Rude and impatient service tech. He was upset that I declined the transmission service. He told me that I would have to sign paperwork that I denied the service. I agreed. Stated it was like driving without oil and it would null and void warranties. I said okay. I did not get a call or text stating my car was ready. When I called to check if the car was ready, there was no answer at the service department. People not answering the phone when I called 4 times back to back. I asked the operator what was going on. She stated it was not her job to go check and she could try a different extension in service. When I got there, I was asked who my service tech was or if I had a card. I told the tech helping me that the other tech never gave his card or his name. At this point the tech heard me and came to help me. He stated he had given the card when I came inside. I stated he did not and I even asked if he needed any information when I was leaving and he said it should be in the system. He again insisted and argued with me that he did. He was rude. More
So far they have had quick service. They were able to diagnose a fuel pump failure when another dealership could not.
