And will be servicing her car at this location as well! Also, with his educated opinion. I will be making another appointment very soon to have service work done he recommended! My parents moved from Burleson to Ovilla TX. Which is very close to this location and we are so pleased with the over all customer service. We will be switching to this location for all service work and possible purchase of vehicles in the future! Thank you all so much! It really makes your life easier when a company knows what they are doing, educates their customers, and has a quick turn over for their services they provide! Had a transmission problem with my 2017 Honda Accord & paid the $200s to assess the problem & get a quote to fix. Freeman Honda (east Dallas) Quoted $11,000 for remanufactured or $6000 for a used transmi paid the $200s to assess the problem & get a quote to fix. Freeman Honda (east Dallas) Quoted $11,000 for remanufactured or $6000 for a used transmission that they said needed replacing. Got it home & the service dept left the transmission dip stick on the engine, so lucky it did not fall off on the highway. Went to another transmission repair shop & they replaced the sensor control module for $1550 which fixed the problem. What an unprofessional scam the dealership service dept is. Do not take you car here!!! More

I received excellent care I work with Lazaro Bojorge service advisor. He went over the service that needed to be done with my car. I had almost everything done my car didn’t have very miles.
