Our vehicle was in for a recall fuel pump replacement. I was told that it would take about 4-6 hours. Shawna provided a Lift ride for me. Which was greatly appreciated. After 8 hours waiting, I called t I was told that it would take about 4-6 hours. Shawna provided a Lift ride for me. Which was greatly appreciated. After 8 hours waiting, I called to check on the status. Shawna let me know that it was still being worked on. Asked if it would be ok if they kept it overnight and send a Lift ride for me in the morning. That worked out just fine. More
