My parents moved from Burleson to Ovilla TX. Which is very close to this location and we are so pleased with the over all customer service. We will be switching to this location for all service work and possible purchase of vehicles in the future! Thank you all so much! Had a transmission problem with my 2017 Honda Accord & paid the $200s to assess the problem & get a quote to fix. Freeman Honda (east Dallas) Quoted $11,000 for remanufactured or $6000 for a used transmi paid the $200s to assess the problem & get a quote to fix. Freeman Honda (east Dallas) Quoted $11,000 for remanufactured or $6000 for a used transmission that they said needed replacing. Got it home & the service dept left the transmission dip stick on the engine, so lucky it did not fall off on the highway. Went to another transmission repair shop & they replaced the sensor control module for $1550 which fixed the problem. What an unprofessional scam the dealership service dept is. Do not take you car here!!! More
