Today we had our 5 day old GMC Denali Truck dashboard display start blinking. We took it to our dealership and requested the General Manager. We met and worked with Jeff. He and the service advisor Willi display start blinking. We took it to our dealership and requested the General Manager. We met and worked with Jeff. He and the service advisor William were able to not only get our new truck reprogrammed but do it in a timely manner. Must say, we were not happy about having this experience on a truck with 150 miles on it, but Jeff was very accommodating and understanding our concern. Thanks Jeff for working with us to fix our problem. More
DO NOT BUY HERE! !!. John the sales manager is very rude and unprofessional. If you do not accept their terms they take it personal and get upset with you the potentia !!. I do not know how they have continued to do business like this. Maybe only work with the salesperson and stay away from the managers as they think they are way better than anyone. I use this dealer for my service and that will be ending due to this interaction. I also spoke with the store manager, his response was I have been working with John for 25 years and he isnt like that and just didnt care about the poor customer service. The only way to show them that they need to treat customers better is to not buy from them!!! More
Called Dealership before closing Monday evening. Ellory confirmed vehicle was in stock and was very pleasant to talk to. By lunch hour next day we had agreed to pricing, terms, and finance and were Ellory confirmed vehicle was in stock and was very pleasant to talk to. By lunch hour next day we had agreed to pricing, terms, and finance and were promised vehicle was on sold line for us and repeatedly reassured we had nothing to worry about and would be able to come next day ( Wednesday ) . Made travel arrangements, booked airline tickets and had relative scheduled to bring trade in so i could sign documents when they called and said they would offer a delivery for a nominal charge. Graciously accepted the delivery charge terms and cancelled travel plans and then finalized plan with Finance department to exchange title and payment for vehicle. Again , maintaining constant communication via text, phone, etc. Scheduled the delivery and had wife extraordinarily excited and then called night before saying another salesman had sold the car. Huh? We had our credit run to reserve the vehicle , agreed to terms, set up delivery, and coordinated all aspect of sale only to have rug pulled out from underneath us. Manager called to offer us a different color at an extra $500 discount which we declined. Unfortunately - we thought this dealer was good for their word with the constant messages of reassurance that they sent us. Our speculation is a better offer or quicker close came through the door and they jumped on it. Very sad experience. Wont be doing business with Freeman Group in the future. Buyer beware. More
On Feb 9, 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Acadia Denali from Mike Dumas. Mike went over and above showing us everything about our newly purchased vehicle and then on Saturday morning he texted us a Denali from Mike Dumas. Mike went over and above showing us everything about our newly purchased vehicle and then on Saturday morning he texted us and offered to drive to McKinney to set up our garage door remote in the car. AMAZING! We declined because we were determined to do it ourselves and didn't want to bother him. But the service from Mike to the last person we dealt with was helpful, kind, and extremely friendly. We are so pleased to do business with Freeman Buick GMC and Mike and will definitely recommend them and also be back ourselves. More
I purchased a used 2015 Yukon XL from Mike Dumas a year ago. The service I received was great and he took care of every concern. The truck had 62,000 miles on it and it had a few dings, but once it was ser ago. The service I received was great and he took care of every concern.
