I purchased my Jeep brand new from this dealer in 2011 and have been extremely dissatisfied on every level of service since day 1. The staff has a staggering lack of knowledge, the employees are not prop and have been extremely dissatisfied on every level of service since day 1. They are not only rude, but unwilling to help and seem to not care about doing their job at all. The service here was great! As soon as I walked into the showroom, Ken quickly came to help me look for my next car. After showing me all of my choices I had to choose from he slowly started asking me what showroom, Ken quickly came to help me look for my next car. He was extremely helpful and friendly! In under an hour he was able to narrow down what I was looking for and even made the price tag on the car look good as well. After I bought the car it was cleaned, and I was shown how to work all of the little buttons such as set up bluetooth, SAT radio, etc. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
