I have to say in my many years of servicing my vehicles I learned a few things. Getting it right the first time is what I want. When I walked into Freehold Chrysler for my first visit I was welcomed with o learned a few things. Getting it right the first time is what I want. When I walked into Freehold Chrysler for my first visit I was welcomed with open arms. The gentleman at the service door (I can't remember his name) was very attentive. He immediately greeted me and directed me to Dan the service advisor. I spent about 5 minutes with Dan explaining that I needed brakes on my Chrysler 300. Dan offered me a free inspection to look at my brakes and also explained to me that the technician would also be checking on all the systems on the vehicle, of which I am so grateful. After meeting with Dan he guided me to the waiting area and told me he would come back in 30 minutes to talk to me about the inspection. See, I heard a noise from my brakes and I immediately planned on spending $300+ to get them fixed, but Dan came back exactly 30 minutes later and told me that I actually didn't need brakes, what I was hearing was a little pebble that got caught up between my brake pad and rotor (I never even new what a rotor was until they showed me) They brought me back to my vehicle and showed me what had happened. I was so relieved! I asked Dan what I owed him and he smiled at me and said, "No charge Miss!" WOW!!! He then showed me how everything else was on the vehicle and the condition they were in. I will most certainly be using this service center from now on. I highly recommend them!! And thank you, Dan!!! More
