Fast, No Pressure Sales Team After their service department damaged the heads on my Excursion beyond repair, I was forced to buy a new vehicle for my wife. I called in and made an appointment to see the truck. Even though we were a bit late, the truck was sitting outside ready to go. Cody was extremely pleasant. The test drive was awesome, so we bought it. 30 minutes from decision to driver seat. A few months later I was in an accident and totaled my Kia. We returned to Cody and received the same friendly, no pressure sales experience. I purchased a used Ford Escape. I was so impressed with the sales, that when my neighbor mentioned his cars present debacle, I drove him straight there to see if they could help him get out from under the older Focus he was having issues with. They put him in a brand new Fiesta. I should note, their service department isn't my favorite, but their sales teams are amazing. More
