They did just what we asked for when we called-lined up the 3 trucks in the front next to each other so when we got there, we can quickly compare the models and packages side by side and decide. Once we decided what we wanted, Chance quickly located one at another dealership, we did all our paperwork quickly and he bent over backwards to give us every rebate and discount possible. He had the truck brought in the next day (at no charge-other dealers said they would charge $600 for that!!!), and they delivered the truck to my house in Rowlett. I know I got the best price possible because I had shopped around. I even had a quote on the same truck that was $3k higher. I dislike car shopping, and these guys took the pain out of it. I felt like a valued customer and that I didnt get taken. Real nice guys all the way around. More

I went to the Southwest Ford in Greenville for the first time on 8/29/11. I was looking into a 2012 Ford Mustang. I was referred by a friend to see Ryan Cooper. Very easy to talk to and did not give the sales pushing experience. Also when the deal came out and it was not where I wanted to be we were able to meet in the middle and not have the long back and forth haggling to reach an agreement. My wife was not able to be at the dealership and had to sign papers for the deal. Ryan followed me back to Mesquite and to my wife’s work to have her sign to make sure everything was finished that day. I could not be happier with the experience I had today!! Thanks again Ryan! We went not really expecting good service or decency and was pleasantly surprised to see that we were treated respectfully and our salesmen were very good and helpful. They got the deal done and I walked away with an awesome new car! Our visit was so pleasant that we asked them to call us back when they found the vehicle that my husband is interested in buying. We live 5 hours away and are willing to make the drive due to the awesome experience and treatment we received. More

The sales staff, support staff and service department have all given me excellent customer service. Buying my Ford Ranger was hassle-free. I saw a new F-150 I wanted online, called and talked to Richard and immediately felt comfortable with the attitude and friendliness of this dealership. We discussed what I needed for my vehicle, price on the new truck and I was VERY satisfied with both. No BSing around when it came to making the deal, and Micah was very informative on all the financial end of the deal. This dealership has made a lifelong customer. The experience was so much more pleasant than the other two dealers I dealt with Randall Noe (Commerce) and Bob Tomes (McKinney) that it was like night and day. I'll never waste my time again. The deal was quick and I was out the door with the truck I wanted and the price I wanted to pay! More
