I have bought several vehicles from Freedom Ford in Greenville Texas over the years and just when I think it does not get easier to purchase a vehicle, the guys at freedom pull through. I was out of town for work and saw a 23 F-150 on their website and called a reliable source from the dealership that I have become friends with over past experiences. While talking to him I told him what I wanted, what payment I wanted to be at and my terms. I also told him I was out of town for work but to send me the paperwork via email if all requests were met to my liking. That afternoon, the email came through to be signed and returned. Got a confirmation acknowledgement email the next morning. they called and told me my new truck had been pulled off the lot and would be ready for pick up as soon as I needed it and to bring my current truck in for trade the following weekend. I have never had a car deal go smoother than this. Hands down the best dealership around, the communication and transparency is second to none!
