I have been to many a Chevy dealerships throughout San Antonio and I’m most impressed with the link, images, suggestions of other services needed, and the option to choose or not to choose any additional services without the pressures or guilting the customer to adding those additional services. He gave me the current deals they were offering and accommodated me on my request of a hard copy of addition services needed. Now if only they can add a basic wash to the car (only 2 locations offer this complimentary with any services rendered) then I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again. For an oil change and fuel filter scheduled it still took over 2 hours! After I approved the fuel filter change and saw the bill I was kinda surprised that I was charged over $270 for a filter that costs les over 2 hours! I get labor is involved but after the approval it was less than 20 minutes before my vehicle was ready. The dealership is pretty good but I think the price of basic maintenance is kinda high. More
